Day 1
Guwahati – Shillong (approx. 140 kms/4-5 hrs.)
Arrive Guwahati and straight drive to Shillong, enroute visit Umiam Lake.
Shillong Peak offers an exquisite panoramic view of the city. You will see life relegated to tiny squidges of blue, brown and white. A trek to the summit is met with an explosion of awe-inspiring natural landscapes. When you’re at the highest point in the region, it’s almost as if you’re touching the clouds…

Shillong
Full day visit Cathedral Church/Lady Hyder’s Park/Don Bosco Cultural Museum/Police Bazaar Mall Road.

Day 3
Shillong – Cherrapunjee (approx. 55 kms/1-2 hrs.)
Drive to Cherrapunjee, enroute visit Elephant Waterfall. On arrival visit Arwah Caves/Nohkalikai Waterfall/Mawsmai Caves & Seven Sisters Waterfall.

Cherrapunjee, also known as Sohra, is a high-altitude town in the northeast Indian state of Meghalaya. It's known for its living root bridges, made from rubber trees.

Cherrapunjee
Day excursion to Dawki (Indo-Bangladesh border town) & Mawlynong – cleanest village in Asia to visit Single decker living root bridge. Return back to Cherrapunjee for Overnight stay.
Day 5
Cherrapunjee – Kaziranga (approx. 320 kms/7-8 hrs.)
Morning drive to Kaziranga.

Kaziranga National Park is one of the prides of India. Kaziranga is the place where the nature unwinds its pristine form in millions of hues, where wildlife roams fearlessly, where man and nature meets together. Kaziranga was declared as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for its unique natural environment in the year of 1985. It is noteworthy to mention that it is the host for two third of world’s population of endangered Indian one-horned rhinoceros and also declared as a tiger reserve in 2006, holding the highest density of tigers in the world. The park is also a domicile for large breeding inhabitants of Elephants, wild water buffaloes and Swamp Deer.

Kaziranga – Majuli Island (approx. 90 kms/2 hrs. + 1 hrs. ferry crossing)
After breakfast drive to Nimetighat for ferry to Majuli Island. Arrive and transfer to your Bamboo Hut. Evening free to relax and free.

Majuli, in the state of Assam is the biggest river island of the world, situated on River Bramhaputra. Mostly inhabited by Tribals, the culture of Majuli is unique and quite interesting and is one of the key reasons why people love this place so much.

Full day visit Samuguri Satra/Pottery village/Dakhinpat Satra. Evening Mishing village walk.

Majuli – Johar Airport (approx. 1 hrs. ferry crossing + 45 kms/1.5 hrs driving)
After breakfast check-out from the hotel and proceed towards Jorhat Airport. From Jorhat Airport board your flight to onward destination.
