BHARATPUR - RANTHAMBHORE BY: SURFACE
Today morning take another visit to the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary.
In 1982, Keoladeo was declared a national park and then later listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1985. The park is home to over 370 species of birds and animals such as the basking python, painted storks, deer, nilgai and more. Noted Indian ornithologist and naturalist Salim Ali used his influence to garner government support to create Keoladeo National Park. It was also known as the breeding ground for the rare and elusive to spot Siberian crane. Keoladeo National Park offers well-defined treks which can be covered on either foot, or cycle or rickshaws. In fact, the park management has trained the rickshaw pullers in bird watching and they make for extremely knowledgeable guides.
Today afternoon shall proceed for drive towards Ranthambore (240 Kms/05 hrs). Upon arrival at Ranthambhore shall proceed for check-in to your hotel.
Ranthambore National Park is a fascinating blend of history and nature. It is a former royal hunting ground and home to tigers, leopards and marsh crocodiles. The park itself is situated at the joining of the Vindhya Plateau and the Aravalli Hills is characterized by rocky plains and steep cliffs. It supports a diverse range of flora and fauna, including around 30 tigers.

RANTHAMBORE
Morning and Afternoon you will proceed for Jeep Safaris at the National Park.
Take your first canter safari through the forests of Ranthambhore to explore wildlife and biodiversity in this park. Major destination for seeing tigers in their natural habitat plus other wildlife, with scenic ruins. Its landmarks include the imposing 10th-century Ranthambore Fort, on a hilltop, and the Ganesh Mandir temple. The park itself consists of razor-sharp ridges, deep boulder-strewn gorges and a collection of lakes and jungles. The grounds are home to a diverse range of wildlife that, in addition to tigers, includes leopards, hyenas, jackals, wild boars, sloth bears and a huge variety of deer and marsh crocodiles. There is also a wide array of birds native to the park. Return for breakfast with time to relax and recount your first wildlife sightings.

DEPARTURE RANTHAMBORE
Today morning you will proceed for another Safari at the National Park.
Come back to your hotel after the safari. Then after breakfast at the hotel, you will check out from the hotel, and you will proceed to drive towards Delhi. We may transfer you to Jaipur Airport as per your requirement.
